Group Therapy

Group therapy provides a structured, supportive environment to build skills, explore relational patterns, and practice new ways of responding alongside others. Groups offer a unique opportunity to learn through shared experience while still receiving guidance, containment, and clinical oversight.

Below are current and upcoming group offerings.

DBT Skills Group

The DBT Skills Group focuses on building practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. This group is designed for individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, reactive, or stuck in patterns that impact their relationships and daily functioning.

I currently facilitate DBT skills groups within a treatment setting and am exploring the launch of a community-based DBT group. These groups emphasize skill-building, structure, and consistency to support lasting change.
