Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a structured, supportive space to slow down, make sense of your emotional world, and develop greater self-trust in how you think, feel, and relate. My work focuses on helping people who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, or relational uncertainty especially during periods of transition or heightened pressure.

College & Young Adult Mental Health

College and early adulthood can feel like a constant balancing act—academic pressure, identity exploration, changing relationships, and uncertainty about the future. I work with college students and young adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, and relational stress. Therapy focuses on building emotional regulation, clarifying values, and developing grounded coping skills so you can move forward with greater confidence and stability.

Social Anxiety & Self-Consciousness

Social anxiety often shows up as overanalyzing interactions, fear of judgment, or feeling “on edge” around others—even when you know you’re capable. In therapy, we focus on understanding the nervous system patterns driving this anxiety, reducing avoidance and self-monitoring, and strengthening your ability to stay present and connected in social situations without abandoning yourself.

Relationship OCD & Relational Anxiety

Relationship OCD and relational anxiety are marked by persistent doubt, mental checking, reassurance-seeking, and fear of making the “wrong” relational choice. I help individuals learn to recognize obsessive thought loops, tolerate uncertainty, and respond to relational triggers with discernment rather than compulsion. The goal is not to eliminate doubt, but to build enough self-trust to engage in relationships with clarity, integrity, and emotional steadiness.
